What we measure
Our CLIA-certified lab evaluates the five sperm-health markers that matter most for fertility. It's the same panel your doctor would order at a clinic.
- Volume (mL). How much semen is in your sample. This number fluctuates depending on how recently you ejaculated.
- Concentration (million per mL). How many sperm cells are present per milliliter of semen.
- Total count. How many sperm are in the whole sample (concentration multiplied by volume).
- Motility (% moving). What percentage of your sperm are actively swimming.
- Total motile count. The most important fertility marker. It's the total number of sperm in your sample that are actively swimming, and it's usually the first number a fertility specialist looks at.
- Morphology (% normal shape). The percentage of your sperm with normal shape. In a typical sample, only 4% to 20% are normally shaped. That's still normal.

How long does it take to get results?
Results are delivered via a secure link in your inbox within 1 to 2 business days of when our lab receives your sample. Your sample ships overnight on the prepaid label included in the kit.
When should I produce my sample?

How do I produce the sample?
