How to get your shipping label
We recently updated how shipping labels are generated. Instead of a pre-printed label included in your kit, you now print your label after you register. Here is what to do.
Register your kit
Complete the short registration form using the kit ID inside your box. This links your sample to your account so your results can be returned to you.
Get your shipping label
After registering, you will be given a UPS shipping label to print at home, or a QR code you can bring to any UPS location and they will print it for you on the spot.
Send your sample
Package your sample using the materials inside your kit and drop it off at UPS. Your results will be sent to you once the lab has processed your sample.
Register before you mail.
If a sample arrives at the lab unregistered, we cannot assign it to your account or return your results. Registering first takes about two minutes.
